Nine people. Every hour shows.
The average private employer in Monaco has nine employees. In a team that size there is no one to delegate the repetitive work to, which is exactly why AI pays back faster here than in a large company.
Everything on this site is built for a company of this size. Here is what that means in practice, without the vocabulary.
What to automate first in a small company
The thing the owner does at 7 pm. Usually it is one of: answering the same enquiries, writing quotes, chasing invoices, re-typing orders, preparing the weekly numbers. We find it in a 30-minute call, and the first automation handles that one thing, inside the tools you have, with you deciding what goes out. One task, done well, is worth more than a strategy.
What it takes from you
Thirty minutes for the call. A sample of last month’s real emails, invoices or bookings. An hour, once, for the team to see how the drafts arrive and how to approve them. Then ten minutes a week reading the log. No new software to learn, no project team, no consultant on site for weeks.
Why small teams get more out of it
In a large company an automation saves a fraction of many people’s time, which is hard to see. In a team of nine it gives one person back her afternoons, which everyone sees by Friday. Decisions take one conversation. The owner can check the log himself. And the Government’s support programmes are designed for exactly this size of company.
What we do for it.
The numbers behind this page
IMSEE, Monaco Statistics, end of 2025: 59,724 private-sector employees and 6,378 private-sector employers, which gives an average of about nine employees per employer; 65,117 salaried jobs in all, for 38,857 residents. More jobs than inhabitants, in companies of nine. That is the country we build for.
Questions.
We are two people. Is it still worth it?
If one of you spends an hour a day on something that repeats, yes. Our smallest projects are one automation for one person.
We are not technical. Does that matter?
No. The automation lives in your email, your spreadsheet, your calendar. You approve drafts and read a log. The technical part is ours.
Can we start with ChatGPT ourselves?
Yes, and many do, for drafting. What ChatGPT cannot do is read your inbox, know your prices, write to your tools and stop when it should. That is what we build.
How much time will it give back?
We write the estimate in the quick-check note, from your own numbers, and we count the real figure every month once it runs. We do not quote averages from other companies.
Is our data safe with a small provider?
The data never leaves your tools; we do not host it. Access is read-only where possible, logged, and documented for the APDP where needed.

How much does an AI project cost in Monaco?
Nobody can quote an AI project from a web page without guessing, and a guess is a lie with a currency sign. Here is what actually drives the price, how we fix it before each step, and what you get for it.
AI support for Monaco businesses
Monaco has a programme for it, Extended Monaco Entreprises, and a fund, the Fonds Bleu. An AI automation is a digital project. Here is what exists, as of the Government’s latest communication, and how we help you use it.
AI for emails and documents in Monaco
An assistant that reads every email, files what can be filed, drafts the replies that follow a pattern, and leaves you a short list of what actually needs you. The same for the documents that come with them.
Start with a 30-minute call. Keep what it finds.
You tell us where the hours go. We tell you which two or three tasks to automate first, in a short written note. Free, in English or French.
