We automate the tasksthat slow your team down.
Enquiries, quotes, follow-ups, reports, checks, bookings. Any task that repeats, built with AI into the tools you already use, with your people deciding.
quick-check: 30 minutes, free · 200+ projects since 2019 · official Extended Monaco partner
Your tools stay. We add the automation, and we run it.
For a clinic in Monaco or a broker with offices on three continents, the shape is the same: one task, automated inside the software you already use, with a person deciding what matters.
- 1listenquick-check · free
A 30-minute call. Your tools stay exactly as they are.
You tell us where the hours go: the inbox, the phone, the documents, the reporting. We write it down. Nothing is installed, nothing changes yet.
- 2buildsprint · two weeks
We build the automation and plug it into what you already use.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your calendar, your documents, your practice or property software. Read-only first: the assistant watches and drafts, it sends nothing on its own.
- 3testyour data, EU-hosted
Every answer is checked against what a person would have done.
On your real data, in your languages. You see the drafts, the numbers and the mistakes before the assistant is allowed to act alone, category by category.
- 4runin production · monitored
The assistant handles the routine. A person decides the rest.
Money, complaints, anything legal or medical, anyone unknown: those go to a person with a summary. We measure every week and add the next task when the first one has paid for itself.
Automations that handle the routine
Enquiries, calls, documents, reports: done inside the tools you already use, with a person for the exceptions.

When no tool exists for the task, we build it. Trace, our client-verification tool for Monaco, started this way.

I'm Ben. I have built software for established companies since 2019. bss works is the studio I run: a small team, every project with me in the room.
Working software, not a deck.
Every engagement ends with something running in your business, a number you can check, and a person you can call.
I started BSS in 2019 to build websites and apps for companies in Monaco. Two hundred projects later, the question had changed: no longer “can you build us a site?” but “can you take this work off our hands?”.
bss works is my answer. We automate the tasks that slow a business down, inside the tools it already has, and we run them. Three rules I do not negotiate: we start read-only, your data stays yours, and a person always decides.
If you book a quick-check, I am the one on the call, and the one who builds what we agree on.

You never buy a transformation. You buy one working automation, see what it saves, then decide.

Questions people ask before a quick-check.
Does our data leave the company?
No. Automations run inside your existing tools and your own accounts. Where a model is needed we use EU-hosted options by default, and nothing is used to train anyone's model.
Which tools do you work with?
Whatever you already use: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your phone system, your CRM, your accounting software, your document templates. We do not ask you to switch.
How long until something actually works?
A quick-check is a 30-minute call. The first working automation on your real data takes two weeks. Most teams have something running in their week within two months.
What if it gets something wrong?
Every automation starts read-only, drafts before it sends, and hands anything it is unsure about to a person with the facts gathered. You decide, step by step, what it may do on its own.
Is this what people call AI agents?
Yes. We say automation or assistant because that is how your team will treat it: something that reads, drafts and files, while a person decides.
Is there a price list?
Each automation is quoted on its own after the quick-check, with the hours it gives back written next to the price, so you decide on numbers rather than on a pitch.
Do you build websites and apps too?
Yes, under BSS, the agency bss works grew out of: 200+ sites, online shops and apps for Monaco companies since 2019. See bss.mc.
Do you work in French, and outside Monaco?
Yes. We work in French and English, on site in Monaco and the Riviera or remotely anywhere, and the automations answer your clients in their language.
Start with a call. Keep what it finds.
A quick-check is a 30-minute call and a short written note afterwards: where the hours go, which two or three tasks to automate first, and what it would take. Free, and yours either way.
