Are the hours real?
They are ranges from our builds, not promises. The quick-check replaces them with your volumes, and the two-week prototype measures them on your real data.
Can we do several at once?
We start with one, prove it in two weeks, then add the next. Most of these ideas share the same foundations, so the second and third go faster than the first.
