The inbox, read before you arrive.
An assistant that reads every email, files what can be filed, drafts the replies that follow a pattern, and leaves you a short list of what actually needs you. The same for the documents that come with them.
Email is where a Monaco company loses its mornings. Not because any one message is hard, but because the same six kinds of message come back every day and each one costs ten minutes.
What the assistant does with an email
It reads it and decides what kind it is: an enquiry, a quote request, an invoice, a complaint, a booking, a supplier, noise. It files it, labels it, and attaches it to the right client. For the kinds you have approved, it drafts the reply in your tone, with the facts pulled from your documents: the price from your list, the slot from your calendar, the status from your tool. It never sends on its own unless you have decided it may, for that kind of message, within limits you set.
What it does with a document
A PDF invoice becomes lines in your accounting tool, checked against the order. A signed contract becomes the fields in your CRM and a reminder before its renewal. A set of figures becomes the weekly report, in your template, with the sentences that explain the numbers. And in the other direction: a quote, a contract, a letter, produced from your data in your format, for you to read and sign.
What it must not do alone
Promise anything. Give a price that is not in your list. Answer a complaint. Send a legal or medical statement. Reply to a message it does not understand. For all of these it drafts, or stops, and a person decides. That rule is written into the system, not into a guideline someone may forget.
What we do for it.
Inbox agents, in production
How it looks on a real inbox, with the numbers from the first month.
Document automation
From PDFs to clean data, and from data to finished documents.
WhatsApp, the same way
The messages that arrive on WhatsApp get the same treatment, within the platform’s rules.
In three languages, as Monaco works
A Monaco inbox arrives in French, English and Italian, often in the same hour. The assistant answers in the language of the message, with the vocabulary of your sector, and keeps your formality: the “Madame, Monsieur” of a notary and the “Hi Marc” of a yacht broker are different systems, trained on your own past replies. We build and run them from the Principality, with the data hosted in the EU.
Questions.
Will clients notice they are reading a draft written by AI?
They read a reply from you, in your tone, that you have approved. The draft is trained on your past replies and corrected by you; after a few weeks it is hard to tell the drafts from your own.
Does it work with Outlook and Gmail?
Yes, and with the shared mailboxes behind them, in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. The assistant works inside your mailbox; nothing is forwarded elsewhere.
How does it know our prices and availability?
From the documents and tools you give it read access to: your price list, your calendar, your CRM. It cites where each fact came from, so you can check in a second.
What about confidential emails?
You decide which mailboxes and which folders are in scope. Anything outside is never read. Inside, the data stays in your tenant and is not used to train any model.
How long does the first version take?
Two weeks for a prototype on a sample of your real emails, after a free quick-check. You see the drafts it produces before deciding on the build.

AI for the back office in Monaco
Most of a Monaco back office is moving the same information from one place to another: an email into a spreadsheet, a PDF into the accounting tool, a date into three calendars. That is the part AI does well, and the part nobody enjoys.
AI agents in Monaco
An agent is software that can read, decide what to do next within rules you set, use your tools to do it, and ask a person when it should. On this site we usually say assistant or automation, because that is how your team will treat it.
Inbox agents
Enquiries read, sorted and answered in the client’s language before the team logs in; invoices matched, the rest filed, the few judgement calls flagged with a draft ready. Clinics, agencies, hotels. Around six hours a week back.
Start with a 30-minute call. Keep what it finds.
You tell us where the hours go. We tell you which two or three tasks to automate first, in a short written note. Free, in English or French.
