You walk us through a normal week: what arrives, who handles it, where things wait. No preparation needed; we ask the questions.
What AI can take, and what it should not
We name the jobs that are repetitive, rule-based and frequent enough to pay back, and the ones that should stay with a person. We say so when AI is not the answer.
The two or three to start with
We agree on a shortlist and what we would need to see to build the first one: a sample of emails, a week of calls, a few documents.
The written note
One or two pages: the jobs, the hours each one takes today, what the agent would do, the guardrails, and what the two-week prototype would cover. Yours to keep.

Is it really free?
Yes. The call and the note cost nothing and commit you to nothing. It is how we decide, on both sides, whether there is something worth building.
Who takes the call?
The founder of bss works. The person you talk to is the person accountable for the build afterwards.
Can we do it in person?
In Monaco and along the Riviera, yes. Elsewhere, a video call; it works just as well.
