home/AI in Monaco/AI support for Monaco businesses

The Principality helps businesses go digital.

Monaco has a programme for it, Extended Monaco Entreprises, and a fund, the Fonds Bleu. An AI automation is a digital project. Here is what exists, as of the Government’s latest communication, and how we help you use it.

We are an official partner of Extended Monaco and have taken clients through the programme since 2019. The rules change; the figures below are from the Government’s public communication at the time of writing, and the programme itself is the only authority on eligibility.

Extended Monaco Entreprises and Digital FlashUP

Extended Monaco Entreprises is the Government programme that helps Monaco companies with their digital transformation. Its Digital FlashUP initiative, launched in 2021, has supported around 700 companies and trained some 4 000 professionals in four years, according to the Government. The toolbox on monentreprise.gouv.mc includes practical guides on using AI by business function, an AI-project factsheet and good-practice notes.

The Fonds Bleu

The Fonds Bleu is the Government fund that co-finances digital projects of Monaco businesses. According to the Government’s communication reported in December 2025, it can cover up to 70% of a company’s digital project. Eligibility, ceilings and the list of eligible expenses are set by the programme and change; we check the current rules with you before anything is promised.

What was announced for 2026

The Government said the Principality would integrate AI into the programme in 2026, with two new tools from the Cellule Économie Numérique: an “Opportunité IA” questionnaire to help a company identify practical AI uses, and FlashLearn IA, an e-learning course. Our quick-check is the natural next step after the questionnaire: it turns an identified opportunity into a scoped, priced automation.

What we do for it.

How we help

On the quick-check we tell you whether your project looks like one the programme supports. If it does, we write the scope and the quote in the form a file needs, point you to the right contact at Extended Monaco Entreprises, and keep the weekly count of hours saved that makes the closing report easy. We do not file for you and we do not promise funding; the programme decides.

Questions.

Is an AI automation an eligible digital project?

It is a digital project; whether it is eligible depends on the programme’s current criteria and on your company. We check with you before anything is promised.

Who is eligible for Extended Monaco Entreprises?

Companies established in Monaco, within rules the programme sets. The programme’s own pages on monentreprise.gouv.mc are the reference.

Can the quick-check be part of the file?

The written note from the quick-check describes the task, the hours and the approach; it is usually a good starting point for the file.

Do you charge for help with the file?

Writing the scope and quote in the right form is part of our proposal. The rest is your conversation with the programme.

Where do these figures come from?

From the Government’s public communication: monentreprise.gouv.mc and the Radio Monaco report of December 2025 on Digital FlashUP. They may have changed since; check the programme’s pages.
