We automate the tasks that slow your team down.
Enquiries, quotes, follow-ups, reports, checks, bookings. Any task that repeats, built with AI into the tools you already use, with your people deciding. This page explains what that means in practice.
AI automation is older automation with judgement added. The old kind moved data between fields. The new kind reads an email, understands what is asked, finds the answer in your systems, drafts the reply, and knows when to stop and ask a person.
What can be automated
Anything that follows rules and repeats. Reading and sorting the inbox. Answering the questions you answer every day. Preparing a quote from a request. Chasing a document or a payment. Filling a form from a PDF. Writing Monday’s report from Friday’s numbers. Checking a new client before you work with them. Booking and confirming appointments. The rule of thumb: if you could write the instructions for a new assistant, it can be automated.
What should stay with a person
Money, complaints, anything legal or medical, anyone unknown, and every decision you would not delegate to a new hire on their first week. Our automations are built to recognise these and hand them over with a summary, not to guess.
How it is built
A 30-minute quick-check to pick the task. Two weeks to build it, read-only, inside your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your CRM, your WhatsApp or your trade software. Testing on your real data, category by category, until you have seen it be right. Then it runs, you get a weekly count of what it handled and what it handed over, and the next task starts when the first has paid for itself.
What we do for it.
Inbox and enquiries
Read, sorted, answered in the client’s language, filed. The few that need you, flagged with the facts gathered.
Documents and quotes
Drafted from your templates and your data, checked against your rules, ready to sign.
Reports and follow-ups
Numbers pulled from your systems and written up; payments and documents chased politely until they arrive.
In Monaco
Monaco businesses run on small teams and serve clients in four languages, which is exactly where automation pays back fastest: the same enquiry arrives in French, English, Italian and Russian, and the same hours go into answering it. Your data stays in your accounts, in the Principality or the EU, which matters under Monaco’s data-protection law. And the Government’s Extended Monaco Entreprises programme supports digital projects for local businesses; we help you check whether yours qualifies.
Questions.
Do we need to change our software?
No. The automation plugs into what you have: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your CRM, your accounting or trade software, WhatsApp. If something truly cannot be connected, we say so on the quick-check.
What if it makes a mistake?
It starts read-only and drafts before it sends, so you see mistakes before a client does. Anything it is unsure about goes to a person. You widen what it may do alone, step by step.
How many hours does it save?
Depends on the task; the common ones give back six to twelve hours a week per person. Every action the automation takes carries the minutes a person would have spent, and the weekly count adds them up, so you know rather than guess.
Is this the same as Zapier or Make?
Those are tools, and we use them when they fit. The difference is the judgement layer: reading, understanding, drafting, deciding when to stop. And that someone builds, tests and runs it for you.
Who owns the automation?
You do. It runs in your accounts, the documentation is yours, and you can run it without us.

AI agents in Monaco
An agent is software that can read, decide what to do next within rules you set, use your tools to do it, and ask a person when it should. On this site we usually say assistant or automation, because that is how your team will treat it.
WhatsApp automation in Monaco
In Monaco, clients write on WhatsApp: to the broker, the concierge, the clinic, the florist. It is the channel that never closes and the one nobody has time for. The assistant reads every message, answers what it can, books, collects and chases, and leaves the conversation to you when it matters.
AI audit in Monaco
Before anyone builds anything, you should know which tasks are worth automating, in what order, and what each would give back. That is the audit. It comes in two sizes, and both end with a document you keep.
Start with a 30-minute call. Keep what it finds.
You tell us where the hours go. We tell you which two or three tasks to automate first, in a short written note. Free, in English or French.
