Where the hours go, in writing.

Before anyone builds anything, you should know which tasks are worth automating, in what order, and what each would give back. That is the audit. It comes in two sizes, and both end with a document you keep.

Most AI projects fail before they start, on the choice of task. An audit is cheap insurance against building the wrong thing well.

The quick-check: 30 minutes, free

A call. You tell us where the hours go: the inbox, the phone, the documents, the reporting. We write down the two or three tasks AI should take first, what each would take to build and roughly what it would give back, and send you the note. No installation, no access, no commitment. Most companies start here.

The full audit: across departments

For a company with several teams or offices, the audit goes deeper: conversations with the people who do the work, a look at the tools and the data as they really are, and a written report that ranks every candidate task by hours given back, effort to build and risk. It ends with a roadmap and a quote per automation. The audit fee is deducted from the first project you commission.

What you get, either way

A document in plain words that your team and your board can read, with no obligation to build with us. People have taken our note to another provider; that is fine, it means the note was right.

What we do for it.

In Monaco, on site

We do audits in person in the Principality and along the Riviera, in French or English, and remotely elsewhere. Monaco companies tend to have small teams, several languages and regulated duties, which changes what is worth automating first; we have seen enough of them since 2019 to know where to look.

Questions.

What does the full audit cost?

It is quoted after the quick-check, based on the number of teams and offices, and deducted in full from the first project you commission.

Do you need access to our systems?

For the quick-check, no. For the full audit, read access to the tools in scope and conversations with the people using them; we sign a confidentiality agreement first.

How long does it take?

The quick-check note arrives within two working days. A full audit takes two to four weeks depending on size.

Can we audit one office first?

Yes. Many groups start with one office and extend what works.

Is the note really free?

Yes. It is how we find out whether there is something worth building; if there is not, we say so.
