A website assistant that answers from your content.
Not a script with buttons, and not a chatbot that makes things up. An assistant that knows your pages, your prices if you publish them, your hours and your rules, answers in the visitor’s language, and hands over to WhatsApp or a person the moment it should.
The assistant on this site is one of ours. Ask it what we do; it answers from these pages and sends you to Ben on WhatsApp for anything else. That is the standard we build to.
Grounded, or it is a liability
A chatbot that answers from a general model will, sooner or later, tell a visitor something false in your name: an opening hour, a price, a legal condition. Ours answer only from the content you give them (your site, your documents, your FAQ) and say “I do not know, here is a person” otherwise. Every conversation is logged so you can see what visitors ask and what it answered.
What it can do beyond answering
Qualify an enquiry with three questions and send it to the right person with a summary. Book an appointment in your real calendar. Collect a document. Switch to WhatsApp with the conversation attached. Tell you, every Monday, the ten questions visitors asked most, which is the best content brief you will ever get.
What it costs you in time
An afternoon to give us your content and your rules, a week to build and test, and ten minutes a month to read the report. It runs on your site, your data stays in the EU, and the assistant says it is an assistant.
What we do for it.
Six languages
French, English, Italian, Russian, German, Spanish: the visitor’s language, detected from the first message.
Bookings and hand-over
Appointments in your calendar; anything delicate to WhatsApp or a person, with the transcript.
Monday report
What visitors asked, what it answered, what it could not. The questions become pages.
For Monaco websites
A Monaco hotel, clinic, agency or shop gets visitors who do not share a language with the front desk, at hours when the front desk is closed. The assistant answers them in theirs, books them, and tells your team in the morning. We have built Monaco websites since 2019, so it is installed on yours in a day, whatever it runs on.
Questions.
Will it replace our contact form?
It sits next to it. Some visitors want to ask; some want to write and leave. Both end up in the same inbox, with the assistant’s summary attached.
Can it quote prices?
Only the ones you publish, word for word. Anything else goes to a person.
Where do conversations go?
To a log you own, hosted in the EU, kept as long as you decide. Nothing is used to train a model.
Does it work on WordPress, Shopify, Framer, Wix?
Yes, on any site that can include a script. We have built on all of these.
How is it different from the chat widgets we see everywhere?
It answers from your content only, hands over when unsure, books real appointments and reports what it learned. Most widgets do one of these.

WhatsApp automation in Monaco
In Monaco, clients write on WhatsApp: to the broker, the concierge, the clinic, the florist. It is the channel that never closes and the one nobody has time for. The assistant reads every message, answers what it can, books, collects and chases, and leaves the conversation to you when it matters.
AI phone answering in Monaco
The phone rings during check-in, during a consultation, at seven in the evening. The voice assistant picks up, answers what it can, books what it should, and passes anything else to a person with a written summary. Nobody books elsewhere because nobody answered.
Generative engine optimization in Monaco
Your next client asks an AI assistant for “a good accountant in Monaco” or “yacht charter Monaco” before they open Google. Generative engine optimization is the work that makes the assistant name you, and get the facts right.
Start with a 30-minute call. Keep what it finds.
You tell us where the hours go. We tell you which two or three tasks to automate first, in a short written note. Free, in English or French.
