Every call answered. In the caller’s language.

The phone rings during check-in, during a consultation, at seven in the evening. The voice assistant picks up, answers what it can, books what it should, and passes anything else to a person with a written summary. Nobody books elsewhere because nobody answered.

A voice assistant is an agent on a phone line. It talks, listens, uses your calendar and your rules, and knows the one thing a human receptionist knows: when to say “let me get someone”.

What it handles

Opening hours, directions, availability. Booking, moving and cancelling appointments in your real calendar, with a confirmation by text. Taking a message with the caller’s details and the reason, delivered to the right person in writing. Answering the twenty questions you answer every day, in French, English, Italian or Russian, from the first word.

What it hands over, always

Anything medical, without exception. Complaints. Anyone upset. Anything about money beyond what you publish. Emergencies, routed within seconds to the number you set. The hand-over is a transfer when someone is available and a written summary within the minute when nobody is.

How it is set up

It takes your existing number, as overflow (after three rings), after hours, or as the first line. Two weeks to build and test on recordings of real calls, with you listening. Then it runs and you get a weekly list: calls answered, booked, transferred, and the ones it could not handle, so the rules improve.

What we do for it.

Why Monaco phones are harder

A Monaco front desk takes calls in four languages from people who expect to be understood at once, and the person answering is often the same one serving the client in front of them. Our voice assistants were first built for a clinic group here; the case study shows what changed in the first month. They work with the common practice, hotel and agency software, and with the phone systems used in the Principality.

Questions.

Does it sound like a robot?

It sounds like a calm, clear person, and it says it is an assistant at the start of the call. Callers who want a human get one; most just want their question answered.

Do we keep our number?

Yes. The assistant is added behind it; nothing changes for callers or on your business cards.

What about patient confidentiality?

It never discusses anything medical. It books, confirms and takes messages. Recordings and transcripts stay in your systems, hosted in the EU, kept according to your policy.

Can it call out, for reminders?

Yes, if you want it to: appointment reminders the day before, with the option to confirm or move. Many clinics start there.

How long to set up?

Two weeks, including testing on your real calls with you listening in.
