home/AI in Monaco/AI integration in Monaco: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your CRM

Inside the tools you already use.

An assistant is only useful if it can read what arrives and write where the work lives. Integration is that plumbing: done well, your team never sees it; done badly, nothing works. It is most of what we do.

We connect AI to the tools below every week. Here is what each connection does, what it needs from you, and how access is controlled.

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

Email (Outlook, Gmail, shared mailboxes), calendars, files (SharePoint, OneDrive, Drive), Teams and Chat. The assistant reads the mailboxes and folders you put in scope, drafts in your mailbox, files in your folders, books in your calendar. Access is granted by your administrator to a dedicated identity with the minimum permissions, and can be revoked in one click. Nothing is copied out of your tenant.

CRM, accounting, planning, WhatsApp

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics, Monday, Notion; Sage, Pennylane, QuickBooks, Xero, Cegid; booking and planning tools; WhatsApp Business through the official platform. Each has an interface we connect to with its own credentials and limits. Where a tool has no interface (an old ERP, a sector tool), we read exports and write files it can import, or build a small bridge you own.

How access is kept safe

A dedicated identity per tool, minimum permissions, read-only where the task allows. Secrets stored in a vault, never in code. Every action logged with who, what, when and from which document. EU hosting by default, no training on your data, and a document describing the processing for the APDP when your activity requires it. Your IT provider is welcome in the room; most of our clients have one.

What we do for it.

The Monaco stack

Most Monaco companies run Microsoft 365 through a local IT provider, with a CRM chosen by the sales side and an accounting tool chosen by the accountant, plus WhatsApp for clients. Nobody connected these; people are the connection. We have integrated this exact set dozens of times for Monaco agencies, clinics, brokers and family offices, and we know the local providers.

Questions.

Do you need admin access to our Microsoft 365?

No. Your administrator creates a dedicated identity with the permissions we list, and keeps the admin role. We never hold your admin credentials.

Our tool has no API. Is that a blocker?

Rarely. Exports, imports, email interfaces and small bridges cover most cases. We say in the quick-check note if a tool truly blocks a task.

Can the integration break when the tool updates?

It can, which is why the monthly run includes monitoring: we see a failure before you do and fix it as part of the run.

Does WhatsApp allow this?

Through WhatsApp Business and its official platform, yes, within its rules on templates and consent. See the WhatsApp guide.

Who owns the integration code?

You. It is documented and handed over, and your IT can run it without us.
