home/AI in Monaco/AI training for teams in Monaco

Half a day, on your own documents.

Most AI training is a tour of tools. Ours is a working session: your team brings the emails, documents and reports they struggle with, and leaves with a way of handling each one, and the rules for what must never go into a public chatbot.

A meeting room in Fontvieille, nine people, their laptops, their real files. Three hours later, everyone has automated one thing.

We run two kinds of session: a general one for teams starting with AI, and a hand-over one for teams receiving an assistant we built. Both are in person in the Principality, in French or English.

The general session: AI at work, safely

Half a day. What the models can and cannot do, shown rather than explained. How to draft, summarise, translate and check with ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot, on your own documents. The company rules: what may be pasted into a public tool and what may not, how to recognise a confident wrong answer, when to stop and ask. Everyone leaves with three things they will do differently on Monday and a one-page guide in your name.

The hand-over session: your assistant, your rules

Two hours, when an assistant we built goes live. How the drafts arrive, how to approve, correct or reject one, how to read the log, how to change a rule, whom to call. The team practises on the real queue. This session is part of every build; it is the moment the system becomes theirs.

For directors: one hour

A separate hour for the owner or the board: what AI changes for a company of this size, what it costs in time, which risks are real (data, law, dependence) and which are noise, and how to read a proposal. No slides about the future; the questions you will actually face this year.

What we do for it.

In your office, in your languages

Monaco teams are mixed: French, English, Italian, often in the same room. We train in French or English and provide the guide in both. The examples are Monaco ones: an enquiry from a client in Milan, a document for the Government, a reply the APDP would want you to think about. Sessions are eligible for the Extended Monaco programme’s support in some cases; we check.

Questions.

How many people per session?

Up to twelve, so everyone works on their own files. Larger teams are split.

Do we need licences for ChatGPT or Copilot?

For the general session, a free account is enough to learn. We advise on which paid plan, if any, makes sense for your data rules.

Is it remote or in person?

In person in Monaco and on the Riviera; remote for teams elsewhere. In person works better because people bring their real problems.

What does it cost?

A fixed price per session, sent after a short call about the team and the tools.

Can you train our IT provider?

Yes. When we hand over an assistant, the technical session for your IT is included.

Start with a 30-minute call. Keep what it finds.

You tell us where the hours go. We tell you which two or three tasks to automate first, in a short written note. Free, in English or French.
