The drafting done. The judgement yours.
A lawyer’s week in Monaco is documents in, documents out, in three languages, under secrecy. AI reads and drafts faster than any associate; it does not know what matters. We build it so the lawyer keeps that part.
Everything below runs inside the firm’s own tools, under terms that exclude training and retention, with a lawyer approving anything that leaves. Secrecy is the design constraint, not an afterthought.
Reading: summaries, chronologies, comparisons
A file arrives: contracts, correspondence, exhibits. The assistant produces the summary, the chronology, the list of parties and dates, and the comparison between two versions of a contract, with each statement linked to the page it came from, so the lawyer checks in a click. In French, English or Italian, whichever the documents are in.
Drafting: from the firm’s own precedents
A first draft of a letter, a clause, a deed or a memo, produced from the firm’s own precedents and the facts of the file, in the firm’s style, for the lawyer or notary to work from. For notaries, the collection and checking of the documents a deed requires, and the preparation of the mandatory formalities, before the appointment.
The office: enquiries, files, time
New enquiries answered within minutes in the client’s language with the information the firm allows (practice areas, how to book, what to bring), conflicts checked, the file opened in the practice tool. Deadlines and missing documents chased. Time captured from the calendar and the documents worked on, for the lawyer to confirm. The hours that go into running a small firm, given back.

Monaco firms
Monaco’s lawyers, defence counsel and notaries work in a small bar with international clients, Monegasque law alongside French and foreign law, and strict secrecy. The assistant is trained on the firm’s own precedents and vocabulary, runs under the firm’s control, and never sees a public chatbot. We meet the partners in the Principality and document the processing for the firm’s own records.
Questions.
Does the AI give legal advice?
No. It reads, summarises, compares and drafts from the firm’s own material. The lawyer reads, judges and signs. The system is built to show its sources, not to argue.
Where do the documents go?
Nowhere. They stay in the firm’s document system; the models process them under no-training and no-retention terms, in the EU or inside your environment.
Can it work with our practice management tool?
With most, through their interface or their exports. We say in the quick-check note what is possible with yours.
How accurate are the summaries?
Every statement is linked to its page so the lawyer verifies in a click. The assistant is built to cite rather than to be trusted blindly; that is the only safe way in a law firm.
How do we start?
A quick-check with a partner, then two weeks on one closed file under a confidentiality agreement. You see the summaries and drafts before deciding anything.

AI and compliance in Monaco
Monaco has its own data-protection law, its own authority, and a demanding anti-money-laundering framework for its regulated professions. None of it forbids AI. All of it shapes how an AI system must be built. This page says how, in plain words.
Documents that fill themselves
Contracts, client files, quotes and reports drafted from your templates and your data, checked against your rules, passed to a person to sign. Three weeks from first call to first document.
Start with a 30-minute call. Keep what it finds.
You tell us where the hours go. We tell you which two or three tasks to automate first, in a short written note. Free, in English or French.
